Biely vlk 2022
A new wolf in the pack! This unique white wine was created from blue grapes, in the style of “blanc de noir”. We harvested perfectly healthy and beautiful grapes of Frankovka (40%) and Pinot noir (60%) at an early stage of their ripeness and very gently pressed the whole bunches. The juice then fermented and aged with lees for 12 months in a large stoneware amphora. The resulting wine is fresh, fruity, delicious, with zesty acidity and typical blanc de noir flavour.
Spontaneusly fermented, unfiltered and unfined organic wine.
